Andrew Biedrzycki
Managing Partner
Andrew is an experienced investment banking and commercial real estate professional.
​
Andrew has extensive investment banking experience having worked for Citizens Financial Group (NYSE:CFG) from 2017 - 2023 and Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) from 2012 - 2015 developing senior-level client relationships and providing decision support for transactions across firm product offerings. While at Citizens, Andrew established the formal business development effort for the residential services sector.

Prior to Citizens, Andrew worked with Chris helping to professionalize and grow Eclipse Cash Systems, a nationwide ATM operator. While at Eclipse, Andrew provided decision support in the acquisition of a small processing platform, improving financial reporting, and establishing operational best practices and infrastructure.
​
From 2004 - 2010, Andrew worked for General Electric (NYSE:GE) in its Commercial Real Estate division managing a team of direct reports while providing decision support for ~$20B in investments for the group across all major property types, including ~$11B in investments outside of the U.S. Andrew began his career in General Electric’s (NYSE:GE) Financial Management Program (FMP), a 2-year rotational program providing in-depth finance and leadership training.
Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys time with his family, golf, cars, and travel.

Chris Biedrzycki
Managing Partner
Chris is an experienced CEO, investor, and business executive in the lower middle market.
Chris served as an Entrepreneur in Residence for Plexus Capital ($2B+ AUM) from 2022 - 2023 assisting with the sourcing and evaluation of equity investments for Plexus' inaugural $200MM equity fund.

From 2014 - 2021, Chris sourced, purchased, ran, and then sold Eclipse Cash Systems via the search fund model. Eclipse was a nationwide ATM operator and ISO with 31 employees based in Chandler, AZ. The search fund capital was the first professional capital into Eclipse, thus Chris’s role was to transition the business from a founder-led, founder-financed company to an institutional enterprise with a Board, lender, and outside investor stakeholders. This included building a high-performing team, establishing financial reporting, implementing sustainable business processes and infrastructure, and adhering to business-specific compliance requirements.

Prior to Eclipse, Chris co-founded SeventhWing, a California-licensed luxury automobile dealer and broker serving the Entertainment Industry. Before co-founding SeventhWing, Chris completed Eaton Corporation’s General Management Leadership Development Program. This 4yr program consisted of 4 rotational assignments in manufacturing optimization, strategic sales and marketing, accounting, and acquisition integration.

Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Outside of work, Chris is a two-time US Olympic Swimming Trials qualifier (2000/2004), enjoys snowboarding, shooting, flying, tennis, and going on adventures with his Great Dane.
